🚛 When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 10 AM PST (Monday–Friday) ship out the same day. Orders placed after that will ship the next business day.
📦 How long will delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. All items ship from our U.S. warehouse via USPS or UPS.
💸 How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is 100% free on all orders — no minimum required.
🛑 Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
🔄 What is your return policy?
We understand things happen, and we want to make returns easy for you. Here’s everything you need to know:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

To start a return, email us at info@InnovativeHaus.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 2 business days.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll ship a replacement at no cost and cover the return shipping.
